    Prepare goat meat:
  • Clean and cut the goat meat into bite-sized pieces.
  • Blend ginger and garlic to form a paste.
  • Season the goat meat with Gino Peppe & Onion seasoning, and a portion of the ginger & garlic paste.
  • Steam the seasoned goat until tender, then strain and keep the stock for later use.
  • In a separate pan, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the steamed goat meat in batches until they are golden brown and have a crispy texture. Set aside the fried goat meat.
  • Sauté onion in goat meat-infused oil:
  • In the same pan used to fry the goat meat, add slices of onion and sauté until they become golden brown. This step infuses the onions with the rich flavours from the goat meat, enhancing the overall taste of the stew.
  • Create flavour base:
  • Add Gino Tomato Mix to the sauteed onions and stir well.
  • Introduce the blended mixture of tomato, pepper, carrot, onion, and bell pepper. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Add goat meat and stock:
  • Add the goat meat pieces to the mixture in the pan.
  • Pour in the stock. Allow the mixture to simmer until the stock reduces.
  • Season stew:
  • Add in some shrimp powder, Gino Max seasoning, and salt to taste.
  • For an extra burst of flavour, add sliced onion and kpakposhito.
  • Simmer and serve:
  • Let the stew simmer for a few more minutes until it reaches a rich and savoury consistency.
  • Serve with white fluffy rice and a simple salad for a well-balanced meal. Enjoy!
