    Prepare vegetables:
  • Wash and cut the kontomire leaves.
  • Wash and cut the smoked fish into pieces.
  • Blend garlic and ginger for a tasty m.
  • Cut onion into chunks.
  • Chop tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Create flavour base:
  • Heat palm oil in a pot.
  • Add momoni, onion chunks, and crayfish. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the blended garlic and ginger, then add the chopped tomato. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
