    Prepare vegetable
  • Cut onion into chunks.
  • Roughly blend kpakposhito and red pepper.
  • Chop tomatoes.
  • Create flavour base:
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion chunks until translucent.
  • Add chopped tomato and allow to cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the roughly blended kpakposhito and red pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Season with Gino Pepper & Onion seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes to let the flavours meld.
  • Introduce eggs:
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the stew and cover for 2 minutes, allowing them to cook.
