    Prepare ingredients:
  • Wash wele, salted beef, and smoked tuna.
  • Wash and cut okro and ademe.
  • Boil okro and ademe together for 5 minutes.
  • Cut onion into chunks.
  • Blend onion, garlic, ginger, and kpakposhito together. Set aside.
  • Prepare soup:
  • Heat some palm oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add momoni and onion.
  • Add in wele, salted beef, and tuna.
  • Add the blended vegetable mix.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add in boiled okro and ademe.
  • Season with salt.
  • Add kpakposhito for flavour.
  • Simmer and serve:
  • Simmer until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve hot with banku.
